Our shipping policy is very simple, we will send all products (except Aloha Agility equipment) US Mail and we will cover the cost of the shipping within the Continental United States. Any order requiring shipment outside this location, the customer will be responsible for all S/H fees. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
Regarding the Aloha Agility equipment, because of the size and weight of these items, each order will determine the shipping method, and the customer will be responsible for all S/H fees. We recommend that the customer personally pick up their agility equipment order or make their own arrangement for pick-up and delivery.

If you have any special request regarding shipping, please call us. If you want it shipped some other method than US Mail the customer will be responsible for covering the difference.
REGARDING RETURNING AN ITEM
Our Return Policy is if you are not satisfied with a product when it arrives you will have 27 days from the time it was shipped out to contact us here at Clayton’s Closet. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and any restocking fees that might apply. When you contact us we will issue you an RMA #. That number will need to be marked clearly on the outside of the item being returned. The item will need to be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging along with any and all instructions and paper work that pertains to, and arrived with, the item.
