The 3500 lb braided nylon cord is very flexible, soft, and is a large enough diameter so as not to cut into your hand should your dog pull on the leash. It comes in two styles, the standard clip to a collar style and the slip loop style so a collar isn't required. The Slip loop is very popular with the agility handlers who need to, or just prefer to, run their dog without a collar.
